- Fresh thyme – a handful
- Water – 1 cup
You will need to put the thyme in a bowl filled with water. Leave it for few minutes and afterwards strain the mixture and remove the solid parts. In order to get better and sweeter taste you will need to add 1 teaspoon of honey. Consume this remedy on daily basis in order to get the best results.
